NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – For the first time this election season, Democratic candidates for New York City mayor will face off in a live debate.

The following candidates will participate in Wednesday’s debate: Andrew Cuomo, Zohran Mamdani, Brad Lander, Adrienne Adams, Michael Blake, Zellnor Myrie, Jessica Ramos, Scott Stringer, and Whitney Tilson.
Exclusive polling by PIX11, Emerson College and The Hill revealed former Gov. Andrew Cuomo is still in the lead – but state Assemblymember Zohran Mamdani is closing in on his lead. The poll, conducted from May 23 to May 26, shows Cuomo winning in the final round of ranked-choice voting with 54% of the vote.
Comptroller Brad Lander is in third place, with 10.
