The Steelers have been in the market for another playmaker after trading WR George Pickens to the Dallas Cowboys a few weeks ago. Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, former Jacksonville Jaguars and Buffalo Bills WR Gabe Davis, will visit the Steelers Thursday.
Davis spent last season with the Jaguars, appearing in 10 games and only catching 20 passes for 239 yards. He suffered a torn meniscus late in the season and was released by the Jaguars this offseason with a failed physical designation.
He’s remained unsigned, and it doesn’t appear interest has been very high across the league, but Davis might not have to look too far if he needs someone to vouch for him.
