MAGEE, Miss. (WLBT) - A man has been arrested after he was allegedly touching himself inappropriately and appearing to be taking pictures of children at a park in Magee.

According to the Magee Police Department, officers responded to multiple calls around 5 p.m. on Tuesday from citizens reporting that a man was engaging in lewd behavior at the city park.

Witnesses stated that the subject was observed “touching himself inappropriately” and appeared to be photographing elementary-aged children. Parents at the park confronted the individual, after which he fled the area in a vehicle.

Magee police located the suspect, Randy Martin Riley, driving recklessly on Highway 28 South and stopped him shortly after.
