Gilbert saw a rise in its unsheltered population in 2025, according to the annual Point-in-Time count, with the number increasing to 22 individuals from 16 in 2024.

Despite the uptick, town officials emphasized their ongoing work to address homelessness through collaborative efforts and support programs.

“The latest Point-in-Time Count underscores Gilbert’s dedication to addressing homelessness through proactive support and sustainable solutions,” the town said in a statement.
