TAMPA, Fla. – The National Hockey League Players’ Association (NHLPA) announced today that Tampa Bay Lightning forward Nikita Kucherov has been overwhelmingly selected by his fellow players as the recipient of the 2024-25 Ted Lindsay Award.

This marks the second time Kucherov has earned the prestigious honor, previously winning in 2018-19, and solidifies his standing as the league’s most outstanding player as voted by those who compete against him.

The Ted Lindsay Award, presented annually to “the most outstanding player in the NHL,” is unique in its selection process, with the vote cast exclusively by members of the NHLPA.
