LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Las Vegas police arrested a 63-year-old for a deadly west valley hit-and-run back in May.

Metro Police said the crash happened Tuesday, May 13 around 1:18 a.m. at Rainbow Boulevard and Vegas Drive. Patrick Deloriea, 33, was hit while trying to cross Rainbow.

Medical said he died at the scene.

According to evidence at the scene, the suspect vehicle was a dark-colored Tesla Model Y. Police previously released a stock photo of the vehicle while searching for the suspect.

Wednesday, police said Karen Cannon has been arrested in connection to the hit-and-run. The vehicle is under Metro’s possession.

The crash remains under investigation by the LVMPD Collision Investigation Section.
