NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Famed New Orleans artist Terrance Osborne has partnered with The Blood Center for their latest blood drive.

The center is taking donations to honor the lifesaving gift of blood donation, this time through art.

Donors will receive a signed print of Osborne's latest piece "The Blood Line" upon donation.

"I'm excited to celebrate New Orleans while inspiring an act as important as donating blood. This painting reflects our city`s lifeblood, rhythm and soul. It honors regular donors and encourages new ones. Giving is a beautiful act that deserves depiction, reminder and awareness and it should be noticed with ongoing support," said Osborne.
