(NewsNation) — Not only is Sean “Diddy” Combs facing a potential sentence of life in prison if convicted of federal charges but he also stands to lose his $400 million fortune under a forfeiture action by the Justice Department.

Combs has been charged with five counts of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and is in the middle of his criminal trial.
