PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Federal investigators are now involved in the hunt for a father after the deaths of his three young daughters, authorities said.

According to the Chelan County Sheriff's Office, the hunt is continuing for Travis Decker, 32, after his three daughters were found dead near Rock Island campground on Monday.

Officials also said that federal agents and law enforcement investigators arrived at their command center Wednesday morning to assist in the search.

The investigation began Friday after the girl's mother called police, saying that they hadn't returned from a custodial visit with Decker.

On Monday, law enforcement officials found Decker's truck near Rock Island campground, where they also found the girl's bodies, but no sign of Decker.
