A 24-year-old homeless man was found dead in Concord’s Baldwin Park (off Port Chicago Hwy) this morning just after 8 a.m. He was on a picnic table, and was discovered by a city worker, who then called 911. The death doesn’t appear to be suspicious, which means it was more than likely drug related, although that hasn’t been confirmed.
