Crown Point Mayor Pete land recapped a year of city news and previewed upcoming city events at his annual State of the City address, delivered on Tuesday at the Bulldog Park pavilion.
The mayor cited figures from 2024 showing a growing local economy: $106 million invested in residential construction, $101 million in commercial development and $64.5 million in industrial development.
