ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Friday marks National Donut Day. Many stores around the Capital Region will be offering deals to celebrate.

National Donut Day began in 1938 and is held on the first Friday of June each year. Take a look below to find where you can get a treat for this "holey" day.

2025 National Donut Day deals

Cider Belly Donuts, Albany

Cider Belly Donuts, located at 53 Fuller Road in Albany, will offer $1 Sugar Daddys for walk-in customers only. Each party is limited to two dozen Sugar Daddys.

The donut shop will also be featuring five other flavors -- Salted Caramel Whiskey, Whiskey Biz, Banana Pancake, Strawberry Ice Cream Bar and Watermelon -- on National Donut Day. Customers are encouraged to pre-order before noon Thursday by texting (518) 253-4640.
