You might recall our report in October that Daniel Bryant, owner of the building that housed the former Cañon Grill restaurant space at 2811 Kavanaugh Blvd. in Little Rock’s Hillcrest neighborhood, told us that he’d leased the property to a new tenant planning to offer “a full breakfast menu.”

Bryant declined to publicly name who was behind the project at the time, but he said the tenant was “a group with existing successful restaurants in Little Rock.”

We heard from more than one source at the time that the restaurant group behind downtown eateries @ The Corner and Flora Jean’s were responsible for the project, but we couldn’t confirm it.
