HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WSAV) -- It's something you don't hear every day: a Town budget going down from year to year. But that's exactly what is happening this year on Hilton Head Island.

The Hilton Head Island Town Council officially approved this year's $174.4 million budget which includes a 2 mill drop in property taxes for Island homeowners.
