Here's what the City of San Angelo's latest health inspections report indicates are the most — and least — sanitary food establishments in town.

The scoring system

According to the City of San Angelo, all food establishment inspections performed by the City are conducted in accordance with the Texas Food Establishment Rules. The inspections utilize a demerit system, which is as follows:

0-10 demerits = excellent

11-20 demerits = good

21-30 demerits = acceptable
