At this time last year, Seahawks right tackle Abraham Lucas was recovering from offseason knee surgery and was still months away from an eventual midseason return.
Now, Lucas is on the field taking part in organized team activities feeling healthy, a "night and day" difference, as he put it.
"It helps when you're not in a brace and you can actually walk without crutches," Lucas quipped.
And vastly improved health isn't the only drastic change Lucas has noticed this offseason relative to last year. After a change at offensive coordinator, it's evident early on that Seattle's offense will look quite a bit different under offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, a change that goes far beyond the personnel change made this offseason.
