Dutch Bros' president of operations is out after just over a year on the job.

According to an SEC filing last week, the Grants Pass-based beverage chain “determined that the service of Sumitro Ghosh as the President of Operations of the Company will conclude effective June 2.” Dutch Bros also said it will eliminate the role of president of operations after his departure.

Ghosh, a longtime Starbucks executive and former global vice president of Nike Stores, joined Dutch Bros in February 2024. Hired alongside him were Josh Guenser as chief financial officer and Jess Elmquist as chief people officer, who both remain in their roles.
