EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV)—D-Patrick launched a campaign called "Honda Helping Kids" to support those who help others in the Tri-State area.

On Wednesday, D-Patrick Honda donated $1,500 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Indiana. The organization, established in 1969, is a one-to-one mentoring program serving children in Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, Spencer, and Gibson Counties in Southwest Indiana, as well as Henderson County in Kentucky.

D-Patrick Honda employees presented a $1,500 check to Big Brothers Big Sisters representatives on at 10:00 a.m. at their location in Evansville.

The gesture highlighted the company's appreciation for the organization's community support.
