WASHINGTON — Police were still looking for two suspects Wednesday night who they believe were behind a shooting near the Waterfront Metro station. A Metropolitan Police Department spokesperson said officers had already arrested one man who they believe also participated in the shooting Monday afternoon.

Daquan Toland, 25, of Northwest D.C., was arrested by MPD Monday. The department said they had found a gun they believe he used to shoot a man. Toland was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, a crime that has a maximum sentence of 10 years in the District.

One bullet grazed a man who had been near the station on the 1100 block of 4th Street, Southwest.
