UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — The superintendent of Prince George’s County Public Schools is facing mounting pressure from the educators he leads. The county’s largest teachers' union has issued a vote of no confidence in Superintendent Millard House II, citing what they call "a lack of progress on systemic issues" plaguing the district.
