STUDIO CITY – A 15-year-old boy was struck and killed by a vehicle in the parking lot of Campbell Hall School in Studio City Wednesday, while two other minors and three adults were injured.
Firefighters responded to the school in the 4500 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard around 3:10 p.m. Wednesday and found the gravely injured teen in the parking lot, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
The victim was taken to a hospital, along with his uninjured father, Humphrey said.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the 15-year-old boy died at a hospital as a result of his injuries.
Police said the boy was pinned after attempting to pass between two vehicles.
Another teenage boy, who is not believed to be related to the boy who was killed, later reported
