WUSA 9 NewsWASHINGTON — One family in Northwest D.C. is asking for help in finding the moped delivery driver who hit their 10-year-old and left on Monday afternoon.
According to Lapria Smith, her son Zaevion was riding a push scooter with his older sister around 3:30 p.m. on Monday near the intersection of Warder Street NW and Columbia Road NW.
On Thursday, the Metropolitan Police Department released new photos of the man who they believe was riding the moped.
