A man acquainted with Madeleine McCann's prime suspect, Christian Brueckner, has made an urgent plea to the authorities, suggesting they are focusing their search efforts in the wrong place.
Ken Ralphs spoke to GB News, claiming that a person he believes to have been Brueckner's accomplice once wept as he confessed to being part of a plot to abduct a child in Praia de Luz.
Ralphs told GB News: "He cried that he needed the money to get out the country with his family and children and that's why he got involved."
