The 2025 Texas baseball season reached its conclusion Sunday night, when UTSA ousted the Longhorns from the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
The Roadrunners upset top-seeded Texas twice to win the Austin Regional and complicate the memory of what had been an outstanding season for the Longhorns to that point.
Coach Jim Schlossnagle said he still considers the campaign a success after the Longhorns won 44 games and finished at the top of the regular-season SEC standings.
