Friday could see some isolated thunderstorms and a couple could be strong to severe and Saturday will see scattered severe storms capable of producing damaging winds and hail...

Thus prompting a First Alert Weather Day.

This is not expected to become tropical. The heaviest rain and gusty winds will stay confined to the Carolina coastline. The heaviest rain should remain along and east of I-77.
