Jackson – Jackson State University joins forces with Rice University, one of the nation’s foremost research institutions, to encourage students from Metro Jackson communities to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

JSU invites you to come out and see the exciting CO2 Contest, where the students can showcase what they learned throughout the week. Also, JSU’s Interim President, Dr. Denise Jones Gregory, will perform an engaging science demonstration for the campers.
