LAFAYETTE COUNTY — A Grain Valley man is accused of stealing in Lafayette County.
In a probable cause statement Cory Michael Richards is accused of failing to finish a deck he was hired to build despite being paid approximately $105,000.
Online court records show Richards was previously convicted of financial exploitation of and elder or disabled person and deceptive business practice.
No court dates are scheduled at this time.
