LENEXA, Kan. (KCTV) - The FBI is asking for the public’s help to locate a suspect who ‘firebombed’ the Lenexa Tesla Collision Center off I-435 and Lackman Road.
According to a release from the agency, it happened around 1:00 a.m. on April 3. A video was released showing the incident. A car can be seen parked on the shoulder of I-435 just behind the collision center. Then, two Molotov cocktails are thrown into the parking lot, narrowly missing a Tesla vehicle parked near a fence.
The FBI is working on this case alongside the Lenexa Police Department and the ATF. The ATF is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in this case.
