As the high school sports spring season winds down and postseason play concludes in the Bitterroot Valley, the Ravalli Republic has partnered with Bitterroot Health to honor a Bitterroot Valley boys and girls high school athlete of the week throughout the 2024-25 high school sports season. While there were plenty of qualified candidates from across the valley, this weeks' winner for the boys is Stevensville tennis player Angus Trangmoe. For the girls, the winner is Hamilton tennis player Tallulah Pinjuv.

Trangmoe, a senior, enjoyed a successful final season for the Yellowjackets tennis team under longtime head coach Bill Everett. All through the Southwestern A divisional tournament, Trangmoe was able to avoid surrendering a set. Entering the state tournament in Billings as
