PICKAWAY COUNTY, OH – A man arrested during a multi-agency drug interdiction operation along U.S. Route 23 has been convicted and sentenced to prison following a traffic stop that led to the discovery of drugs and a firearm.
Ryan H. Foster, 47, of Otway, Ohio, was found guilty of Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Having Weapons While Under Disability . He was sentenced to a term of 3 to 4 ½ years with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) for the weapons charge, and 36 months for the drug charge. Both sentences will be served concurrently.
