DAVIESS COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — A man passed away after his tractor overturned in Daviess County, Indiana on Wednesday.

The Daviess County Sheriff's Office says it happened near the intersection of CR 650 E and CR 500 N in the town of Montgomery.

Around 6:25 p.m. Wednesday, someone called 911 and reported a tractor had rolled over into a creek, with the driver pinned under the tractor in the water.

DCSO says an investigation shows that 25-year-old Aden Graber of Montgomery was driving the tractor on a path alongside a ditch, when for unknown reasons, the tractor went into the ditch and overturned.

Authorities say Graber passed away in the incident, and that family members have been notified.

No other details were immediately released.
