LANCASTER COUNTY, Neb. — Bond has been set at $2 million for a Lincoln man accused of sexually assaulting a minor girl who fled to Texas.

Justin Koder faces four total charges in Lancaster County Court, including first-degree assault of a child.

Court records say that in December 2024, Lincoln Police received a report that a girl under the age of 12 had been brought to Bryan West Hospital in Lincoln where she reported she was sexually assaulted by Koder.

The affidavit said Koder refused to provide consent for law enforcement to search his phone, which led to a search warrant being obtained. Court documents state authorities found pornographic photos and videos, which did not appear to involve the victim.
