NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Two Alabama men are facing charges in an armed robbery outside a North Charleston Walmart.
Jordan Edward Hooks, 20, of Montgomery, Alabama and Jared Le’Jori Wilson, 25, of Troy, Alabama are both charged with armed robbery with a deadly weapon. Hooks is also charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Police spokesman Harve Jacobs said a man was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of the Walmart on the 7400 block of Rivers Avenue around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Officers responded to that call and, according to a police report, learned that one suspect pulled into a parking spot next to the victim and then the other pointed a weapon at him.
