A Morganton man has multiple felony charges after a traffic stop Sunday, June 1.
Tyler Dwayne South, 34, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, trafficking fentanyl, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and a probation violation, along with misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana less than half an ounce, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a release from the Burke County Sheriff's Office.
The charges came after South was pulled over driving a Jeep Cherokee with a fake license plate, the sheriff's office said.
