The mother of the three girls who were allegedly killed by their homeless father was desperately awaiting their return and then sent a shocked, heart-wrenching text when she found out they were dead, says her neighbor, who received the texts.

Binh Nguyen said the grieving mother, Whitney Decker, shared with him that the girls had not returned after a visit with their father, Travis Decker.

“Maybe Travis stranded in the mountains?” Nguyen offered. 5

“There’s a chance,” she wrote back. “There are helicopters going out.”

When Nguyen followed up with her the next day, she shared the horrible news that her three daughters — Paityn, 9, Evelyn, 8, and Olivia, 5 — were all dead, the Daily Mail reported.

“They found their bodies,” she answered. “They can’t find Travis.”
