LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)-- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Safety and Inspection Service announced Sulu Organics LLC is recalling more than 6,000 pounds of pork lard and beef tallow products because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection.

According to the USDA, the pork lard and beef tallow were produced on various days between December 2024 and May 2025.

The USDA states that these products were shipped to retail stores nationwide, but they do not bear the USDA mark of inspection.
