TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —The application deadline for Idaho’s 2025 State Flood Management Grants Program is June 6.
Every year there is $1 million of funding is available to drainage, irrigation and flood control districts. As well as canal companies, municipalities and counties.
The maximum budget for a qualifying project is $200,000, with the grants helping to cover 50% of the total cost.
Eligible projects include repairing stream channels or channel improvement, as well as flood-risk reduction projects.
