PARKERS LAKE, KY – The Kentucky State Police is investigating after a deadly wreck took place Wednesday on U.S. 27 in McCreary County.

KSP reported that around 1:37 p.m., troopers received a report of a three vehicle collision in the Parker’s Lake community.
