Lil Scrappy stopped midway through his recent performance after a fan suffered a serious injury while he tried to jump on stage.

The Atlanta rapper hit the stage for day two of the SUMMER614 — Where Music is Therapy Festival in Columbus, Ohio, over the weekend. While Scrappy was performing, a man ran from the front of the crowd and jumped on a speaker in an attempt to get on stage. Someone tried to prevent the man from coming on stage by pushing him.
