Testimony continued Wednesday in the murder trial of Karen Read, who is accused of backing her SUV into her Boston police officer boyfriend, John O’Keefe, and leaving him for dead.

On Tuesday, the defense called a number of witnesses and Judge Beverly Cannone denied the defense’s motion for “a mistrial with prejudice.”

On Wednesday morning, Read attorney David Yannetti called Brian Loughran, a plow driver from Canton, to the stand before later calling Canton resident Karina Kolokithas.
