FORT WAYNE – Wednesday marked a year of service milestone for Lt. Corey Culler. The Fort Wayne District Commander has served with the Indiana State Police for 30 years. He is a 1988 graduate of East Noble High School and a 1994 graduate of Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), where he earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

After graduating from the Indiana State Police Academy in 1995, Lt. Culler served the Toll Road Post, where he was assigned zone 3 patrolling St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties. In 1996, he received a transfer to the Fort Wayne Post and was assigned to LaGrange and Noble Counties. Between 1996 and 2008, Lt.
