The 337-unit Volta apartments in eTown in South Jacksonville sold May 30 for $60.66 million.

Volta is east of Florida 9B at 11391 Square St. off ETown Parkway.

Catalyst Development Partners of Atlanta sold the property through CDP Jacksonville Owner Development Inc.

FitzWalter Capital (US) LLC of New York City bought the community through Volta Propco LLC. The per-unit price was $180,000.

Volta Propco LLC then took out a $42.753 million mortgage with JLL Real Estate Capital of St. Paul, Minnesota.

Built in 2023, the Volta comprises six three- to four-story buildings on 11.39 acres.

There are one-, two- and three-bedroom units with one or two baths from 698 to 1,263 square feet. Rents are $1,485 to $2,159 a month, according to apartments.com.
