Construction is underway on a new 75-bed care home in Kent complete with an array of amenities including a hair salon, cinema and rooftop garden. Work has started for the state-of-the-art facility at Chatham Waters, with 75 beds and dedicated dementia care services.

This development forms part of the ongoing Peel Waters regeneration project, which also recently concluded the building of 237 affordable and shared-ownership apartments this past September. Montpelier Estates, an established healthcare property developer, in collaboration with Apex Contractors, has initiated construction that is anticipated to last around 18 months, with plans for the care home's inauguration set for Autumn 2026.
