MARSHALL, Mo. (KCTV) - A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Missouri man accused of abusing a child before an argument led to a shot being fired.

Saline County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Tuesday, June 3, indicate that the arrest warrant was issued for Jonathan T. Montgomery Sr., 48, of Marshall.

A probable cause statement filed by the Marshall Police Department revealed that on Feb. 23, law enforcement officials were called to a nearby home with reports of a shooting. They were told a disturbance between Montgomery and another adult led to the incident.
