Person hit, killed by car near 31st, Prospect in Kansas City: KCPD

KANSAS CITY, Mo. --- The Kansas City Police Department says that one person is dead after being hit while crossing 31st Street near Prospect Avenue.

Emergency responders were called to the scene around 9:35 a.m. on reports of a deadly crash.
