PORTLAND, Ore. — The Grand Floral Parade, the third and final Portland Rose Festival parade, will march through downtown this Saturday.
The parade has been a major feature of the Rose Festival for more than 117 years. It features colorful, all-floral floats, along with local marching bands, drill teams, dancers, vintage cars, equestrian units — and even llamas. This year's Grand Marshal is Tula-Tu , the Oregon Zoo's newest baby elephant.
It's scheduled to start at 10 a.m. and will run through noon. The parade will travel through downtown Portland and will end at Lincoln High School.
If you can't make it in person, you can still watch the parade online for free on the KGW+ TV app.
