ROCK HILL, S.C. — A Rock Hill man has been arrested on charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors following an investigation.
David Sebastian, 65, was arrested on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the second degree, South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced on Thursday. Each felony count carries a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
Investigators with the York County Sheriff's Office made the arrest with assistance from the Attorney General's Office.
The investigation began after authorities received a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that led them to Sebastian. Investigators determined that Sebastian distributed files of child sexual abuse material, according to the Attorney General's Office.
