BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Niagara Falls resident has been charged with second-degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle incident without reporting, the Niagara County District Attorney's Office said.

Antoine Bones, 39, is accused of causing the death of 50-year-old Yolanda Carr, also of Niagara Falls. Bones is accused of striking the victim on Aug. 5, 2024, and leaving the scene.

County Court Judge John Ottaviano set bail at $250,000 cash or $500,000 bond.
