RED BLUFF, Calif. - In a 4-0 vote on Tuesday night, the Red Bluff City Council voted to censure Councilman Cody Strock and pull him from committees.

"Regarding tonight's censure.

I have few feelings regarding this. Generally my colleagues will look for any reason to censure me, particularly if the community projects I pick up do well.
