RED BLUFF, Calif. - The Tehama County Sheriff's Office is investigating accusations made by four members of the Tehama County Board of Supervisors against fellow board member Pati Nolen.

This comes after a March 25 call to the Red Bluff Police Department that suggested Nolen might have been driving under the influence of alcohol.

Officers with the Red Bluff Police Department pulled Nolen over but found no measurable alcohol in her system.

Nolen's fellow board members issued a joint statement on Monday claiming she was not truthful with the media and on social media.

Sheriff Dave Kain, when interviewed by Action News Now, responded to the statement released by the Tehama County Board of Supervisors.

"We are conducting more interviews. We'll probably be conducting follow-up interviews
